Chelsey Wilson

I started my journey into Bodywork when I was eighteen. I graduated from massage school in 2010 and have constantly taken classes striving for more knowledge since. In May of 2015 I decided to start a new path into yoga. I attended a 200hr immersion training with Hari Om school in Costa Rica. I was surprised by the improvement in my body, and watching the growth of others during the training as well. My style has morphed into a slow meditative yet powerful vinyasa flow. I enjoy working specifically with alignments due to my massage influence. In 2021 I furthered my education with a 300hr training lead by the Kula Collective in Peru. Deepening my understanding of ancient texts and philosophies, as well as weaving deeper themes into my classes. This training also re-inspired my love for music, and I came home with the determination to bring more sound healing to the valley. I'm excited to have this opportunity to share my love for yoga with others. 

Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow is a class that encourages full body awareness by gently connecting breath to movement. It can be as easy, or as hard as you want to make it.

I have mixed my background in massage therapy, with my training in Vinyasa Flow, to create slower paced, alignment focused class. My goal is to customize each class to match the students needs for the day.
