About 18 years ago, recovering from a marathon run, I happened into a yoga class near Philadelphia. It was a powerful, hot, vinyasa style class taught by Baron Baptiste. I was profoundly moved by the intensity of the practice and the deep release felt in the heat of the room. From that day on I was hooked and continued to practice and experiment with different styles of yoga. I found routine practice not only changed me physically, but generated an inner calm and balance that carried over into all aspects of my life.

In 2015 I decided to take my practice to the next level. I spent two weeks in Sedona, Arizona with the Baptiste Institute and completed my 200 hour teacher certification.  I learned so much and look forward to continuing this journey of knowledge and discovery.

My classes are vinyasa style, in a heated room and are open to all levels. We will focus on foundation, flow and breath while building strength, stability and flexibility.

Originally from Philadelphia, I have been living here with my husband and two children since 2006, enjoying the nature, community and life-style of this beautiful valley.
