Taylor Randoll

I have been a wellness professional since 2013. Upon graduating college, I was 60 pounds overweight and sought fitness and nutrition for my own health. I quickly realized this was the path I was meant to share and became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and later a Behavior Change Specialist through ACE as well. In 2017, I found myself in a fitness rut. I had explored many modalities in the gym and reached a point where none of them were speaking to me or working for my body. So I quit. I took a break from fitness entirely. Then a beautiful soul from my past reappeared and introduced me to Buti Yoga. There was not a life I envisioned without this practice I was certified less than 4 months later. In 2018, I completed my 200hr RYT course through the Buti Corporation as well.

The philosophy I am currently practicing on and off the mat is “Try everything. Take what serves. Leave the rest.” With as many years and variety of experience I have, each has become a tool in my belt. My classes may not be like others you have taken because my journey is my own and has shaped the teacher I am right now. I will be a different teacher tomorrow and next week and next year because every step is important to what I offer.

I currently teach both in person and virtual classes for CORE Crested Butte if you seek a different fitness modality. Check my website below for my schedule.

I am available for Private Lessons and Small Group Classes both in person in Crested Butte or virtually nationwide in all my styles. Fitness, yoga, dance, sensuality and coaching programs available. Find details and inquire on my website.

PRIMAL POWER MOVEMENT FUSION

Primal Power Movement Fusion is the ever developing language of my soul and the collective. We step onto the safety of our yoga mats and and move energy through our bodies in uniquely challenging ways. Connecting to our breath, to the energy of the universe, each other and of course curated music, we explore the container of our core and warm up the extensions of the core- the limbs. Using the music and breath to achieve flow state, the class waves through various forms of primal and tribal dance, strength and conditioning of the physical body and yogic recovery and stretching. By moving the body in ways we have lost touch with, we challenge ourselves to push through the discomfort in our mind to find comfort of movement in the body. We find our hOMe in the movement of the body. We strive to develop a radical acceptance and love for our bodies in this practice. I encourage you to wear the clothes that make you love how you feel in your body. All levels are welcome to find individual joy in the practice! Don't be discouraged! It may take a few classes to push through the mental blocks and find comfort in this freeing movement. Have a bit of faith- in yourself, in me and the movement!
